    梅Sir 是香港毅武聯盟跆拳道（NMA）的副館長，同時也是香港跆拳道協會的成員之一。毅武聯盟如今是香港最大的跆拳道會之一，擁有超過 100個道場和 1,500名會員。

    多年來，梅sir 主理NMA 的黑帶晉級考核，負責監督和考核學生黑帶晉級的過程。他為此提供高質素教學、及設立標準，為跆拳道的發展做出了重要貢獻。

    2009年，梅Sir 創立了自己的運動隊伍 — All Around Team，專注於培養在搏擊與品勢方面全面發展的跆拳道選手。在他的領導下，該隊在各類比賽中屢獲殊榮，成績斐然。

    Miss 鍾擁有多元化的運動知識，涉足跆拳道、瑜伽、游泳、戶外探險和水上運動等多個領域。

    她除了多年來教授不同年齡層的學生，從兒童到長者皆有豐富的教學經驗，現時繼續以教練及運動員身份持續訓練。以充滿活力且創新的風格教學，Miss 鍾在課堂中融入新款訓練與有趣的方式，為學生帶來既有深度又充滿樂趣的學習體驗。
