In taekwondo, “DO” represents as a journey of self-improvement, discipline, and mental development.

*Dojang = the training room where lessons are given.

Therefore, numbers of rules must be followed in Dojang:

• Show respect to everyone.

• Bullying, discrimination and insults are strictly prohibited.

• Follow the trainer's instructions.

• Please arrive well in advance so that you have enough time to change.

• The dobok must always be clean and tidy, tie the belt properly.

• Keep the dojang clean. (The changing room is also part of the dojang).

• Do not eat and drink, only water inside the dojang.

• Mobile phone must be silent during lessons.

• Keep fingernails and toenails short.

• Tie your hair, No jewellery (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches etc.) 

• Bow when entering and leaving the dojang.

• Bow before and after exercise with partner.

• Cannot engage in free sparring without instructions.
