First lesson in Dojang? No problem!

1. Wear comfortable sportwear. (T-shirt and long pants are good.)

2. No shoes are needed during training.

3. Bring your own water.

4. If you cannot attend class, please notify the coach in advance.

5. Parents may observe during trial lesson or specially invited session only.

6. The entrance opens 10 minutes before the training start. Don’t come too early.

7. Go thus changing room and enter the dojang.
