Uniform & Equipments

Proper uniform and equipment are essential for both safety and training effectiveness. They can be ordered from our coach. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Uniform : white V-Neck dobok with belt - €50

• Training Mitt - €25

Contribution

This registration form is also serves as an authorisation form.

By signing (for minors, a parent/guardian's signature is required), you authorise Infiniti Sports to charge the contribution fee every three months. 

Additionally, a one-time registration fee is €15 will be direct debited along with your first contribution.

Exclusion of liability

1. Members participate at their own risk. Infiniti Sports is not liable for accidents during training.

2. Infiniti Sports is not responsible for the loss or damage of (sports) clothing or training equipment.

3. By signing the registration form, the member (or their legal representative, if a minor) releases Infiniti Sports from any liability in these regards.
